Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Karga Karaoke mobil uygulamasını kullanırken geçerli temel kuralları açıklar.
Karga Karaoke, kullanıcıların kendi cihazlarından seçtikleri ses veya video dosyalarını altyapı olarak kullanmasına, bu altyapılarla karaoke kaydı oluşturmasına ve kayıtlarını cihazında saklamasına yarayan yerel çalışan bir uygulamadır.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayabilirsiniz.
2. Yerel Çalışma ve İçeriklerin Saklanması
Karga Karaoke'de eklediğiniz altyapılar ve oluşturduğunuz kayıtlar kural olarak cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulama bu içerikleri kendi sunucusuna yüklemez.
Uygulamayı silmeniz, cihazınızı sıfırlamanız veya uygulama verilerini temizlemeniz halinde yerel dosyalarınız kaybolabilir. Kayıtlarınızı ayrıca yedeklemek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Dosyalarınızı başka uygulamalarla veya platformlarla paylaşmayı seçerseniz, bu paylaşım ilgili üçüncü taraf uygulama veya platformun koşullarına ve gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
3. Kullanıcının İçerik ve Hak Sorumluluğu
Uygulamaya eklediğiniz ses, video, altyapı ve oluşturduğunuz kayıtlar üzerinde gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu veya bunları kullanmak için gerekli izinleri aldığınızı kabul edersiniz.
Telif hakkı, marka hakkı, kişilik hakkı, gizlilik hakkı veya başka bir üçüncü kişi hakkını ihlal eden içerikleri kullanmamalı, kaydetmemeli veya paylaşmamalısınız.
Karga Karaoke, cihazınızdan seçtiğiniz içeriklerin hukuki durumunu denetlemez. İçeriklerin kullanımı ve paylaşımıyla ilgili tüm sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.
4. Uygulamanın İzinleri
Uygulama, karaoke kaydı oluşturmak için kamera ve mikrofon izni isteyebilir.
Altyapı ekleme ve kayıt seçme özellikleri için fotoğraf/video galerisine veya belgeler uygulamasındaki dosyalara erişim izni istenebilir.
Bu izinleri cihaz ayarlarından dilediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Bazı izinleri kapatmanız halinde uygulamanın ilgili özellikleri çalışmayabilir.
5. Ücretli Özellikler ve Karaoke Pro
Karga Karaoke bazı özellikleri ücretsiz, bazı özellikleri ise Karaoke Pro aboneliğiyle sunabilir.
Karaoke Pro; sınırsız altyapı yükleme, sınırsız klip oluşturma ve uygulamada belirtilen diğer ek özellikleri içerebilir.
Abonelik satın alma, yenileme, iptal ve iade işlemleri Apple App Store üzerinden yürütülür. Bu işlemlerde Apple'ın ödeme ve abonelik koşulları geçerlidir.
Aboneliğinizi cihazınızdaki App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
6. Kabul Edilmeyen Kullanımlar
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı, zararlı, taciz edici, nefret içeren, müstehcen, şiddeti teşvik eden veya üçüncü kişi haklarını ihlal eden amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
Uygulamanın güvenliğini bozacak, tersine mühendislik yapacak, teknik sınırlamaları aşacak veya hizmetin olağan çalışmasını engelleyecek işlemler yapamazsınız.
Başka kişilerin izni olmadan görüntü veya ses kaydı almanızdan ve bu kayıtları paylaşmanızdan doğabilecek sorumluluk size aittir.
7. Sorumluluk Sınırları
Karga Karaoke mevcut haliyle sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihaz ve dosya formatıyla sorunsuz çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
Uygulama, kullanıcının seçtiği yerel dosyalarla çalıştığı için dosya bozulması, uyumsuz format, cihaz depolama alanı yetersizliği veya kullanıcı tarafından yapılan silme işlemlerinden doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değildir.
Kanunen sınırlandırılamayan haklarınız saklıdır.
8. Değişiklikler ve İletişim
Bu koşullar uygulamadaki özellikler, yasal gereklilikler veya işletme ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda güncellenebilir.
Önemli değişikliklerde yeni koşullar uygulama içinde gösterilebilir.
Sorularınız için uygulama destek kanalı veya geliştirici iletişim adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
1. Scope
These Terms of Use explain the basic rules that apply when you use the Karga Karaoke mobile application.
Karga Karaoke is a locally operated application that allows users to use audio or video files selected from their own devices as backing tracks, create karaoke recordings with those tracks, and store their recordings on their device.
By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the application.
2. Local Operation and Storage of Content
The backing tracks you add and the recordings you create in Karga Karaoke are generally stored on your device. The application does not upload this content to its own server.
If you delete the application, reset your device, or clear the application data, your local files may be lost. You are responsible for making separate backups of your recordings.
If you choose to share your files with other applications or platforms, that sharing is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the relevant third-party application or platform.
3. User Responsibility for Content and Rights
You agree that you have the necessary rights to the audio, video, backing tracks, and recordings you add to or create with the application, or that you have obtained the permissions required to use them.
You must not use, record, or share content that infringes copyright, trademark rights, personality rights, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights.
Karga Karaoke does not verify the legal status of content you select from your device. The user is solely responsible for the use and sharing of such content.
4. Application Permissions
The application may request access to the camera and microphone in order to create karaoke recordings.
Access to your photo/video library or files in the Documents app may be requested for features that allow you to add backing tracks or select recordings.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. If you disable certain permissions, the related application features may not work.
5. Paid Features and Karaoke Pro
Karga Karaoke may offer some features for free and other features through a Karaoke Pro subscription.
Karaoke Pro may include unlimited backing-track uploads, unlimited clip creation, and other additional features described in the application.
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store. Apple's payment and subscription terms apply to these transactions.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store account settings on your device.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the application for unlawful, misleading, harmful, harassing, hateful, obscene, violence-promoting purposes, or for purposes that infringe third-party rights.
You may not take actions that compromise the security of the application, reverse engineer it, circumvent technical limitations, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
You are responsible for any consequences arising from recording another person's image or voice without their permission and from sharing such recordings.
7. Limitations of Liability
Karga Karaoke is provided as is. It is not guaranteed that the application will operate without interruption or errors, or that it will work seamlessly with every device and file format.
Because the application works with local files selected by the user, Karga Karaoke is not responsible for losses resulting from file corruption, incompatible formats, insufficient device storage, or deletion by the user.
Your rights that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.
8. Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated in response to changes in application features, legal requirements, or business needs.
In the event of material changes, the updated terms may be displayed within the application.
